This is an important decision to make for it effects both parties based on the stability of their relationship and of course the rental agreement.

Month to Month, 6 Month, 1 year lease or even longer. Do not move in with someone due to convenience for you, this you will pay for in more ways than one.

 When you sign a year lease with someone, do not make the foolish mistake of doing so because you want OUT of your current “situation”. There is no point of going into something if your whole argument is based on, “Who is going to move out?” later.  That is no more than a one way ticket for, “Thank you for riding dumb ass express.”

 This is nothing in comparison to those who plan on purchasing a home together. The same rules apply to you but in this scenario, the two of you risk to lose more in the end than just a relationship. 

 How do you know if you are ready to live together? I will start with the common sense answer…. LIVE ALONE FIRST!!! I am sure financially it makes sense to have a roommate but even the best of friends can become bitter financial enemies.

 If you are doing FINE on your own and you decide to help a friend out or move a significant other in, that is your decision. Keep it based off, “If they are gone, I am still good doing this alone”
