He is too old to play video games! That is the gripe that some people have but is this true?
Men who usually play video games are found where? If your answer was, “At Home” you are correct. Most men will play their games from the comfort of their living quarters.
If he is at home, YOU know exactly where he is! So again, why are you complaining? His mind does not deteriorate with gaming, if anything he is both exercising and increasing his hand/eye coordination.
Systems such as Nintendo Wii, PS3 Move and even Xbox Kinect have exercising and dance based games to keep the family entertained, TOGETHER and in shape! I ask again, “How is this a bad thing?”
Are you losing your significant other to this gaming industry? If so, that is why a power button exists and is extremely easy to operate; just push it. His fantasy world comes to an end and the two of you are off and running.
From the early 80’s until recent, it is safe to say that games have truly arrived! From the concept to the execution, they are truly family based and are successful at bringing families abroad together in more ways than one.
That is what you ultimately want, no? A family over individuals under a roof living together as room mates who walk around texting and logging on their Facebook and Twitter accounts. Though board games are designed to bring families together, they have been around for years and not for nothing, most of them are just……BORING!

Thats how I see it as as well Daym! He may b trying to beat his COD for the 3rd time, but at least he’s home! I even started playing myself! Gets me involved with what he’s doing and we have fun at the same time!
Chan – Exactly my point. I hear so many complaints on men who play video games but when he is out every other weekend, I bet they wish he was HOME!

I think that’s partly some of the reason we are still happily married & together. We share a lot of the same interests and video games is one of them. He also gets upset when I beat him at his own game…but it’s fun, entertaining and were always up for a good challenge…
