It is difficult to lose your job, more so a good paying one and instantaneously jump back on your feet in hopes of keeping your salary close to what you were making.
We as men despise losing money, just like anyone else. Our future is normally based off our income and investments. We sit, coördinate and then execute but the moment that comes to an end; things are no longer in place and of course most of us are not willing to take a large pay cut.
This does not apply to every man. While most of us remain focused on our goals, others are manipulating new ways to stay far from anything that slightly resembles employment.
They will find that individual who will support them financially while they play the “victim” to a society that is apparently holding them back from being successful. To hear him tell it, the opportunities provided are designed for everyone else BUT him.
If you ask him, “How did your job search go” he quickly responds with, “Nobody is hiring” or “They are not trying to give me a chance”
Excuses are available to and for the weak. If he lacks determination and persistence the option to sit and hope that something lands in his lap, will be taken daily.
Support him but keep him focused and on the right track. Not every man is built for success, he needs to lay his foundation the right way. Keep in mind that you disable him from doing so by doing everything for this man.
